Snack Factory of PEPSICO INTERNATIONAL located at Chiangmai – Lampang Rd. , U – Mong Muang, Lamphun Thailand. This factory generated wastewater as shown in following data. Wastewater character Flow = 1000 m3/day BOD = 2500 mg / l *Remark: Data from Snack Factory Objective of the project • Detail Design for wastewater system improvement • Turnkey project for wastewater system improvement Expect Result • Improvement of wastewater system • Reduction of existing operation and maintenance cost • Effluent wastewater quality from the factory is not over limited industry ministry effluent standard • Renewable energy from biogas for plant utilization Scope of Work • Survey and study existing information (not include boring and soil test) • Sampling test and laboratory test run of wastewater and sludge • Evaluate the information and report to the factory • Detail Design, site supervision and commissioning • Construction work and equipment installation • Commissioning, system start-up and 1 Year 4 times biogas monitoring service Technology • Combination of DAF and Biogas from sludge - Biogas as renewable energy • Advantage - Reduce the dirt flux in wastewater before sending to Activated Sludge System, Reduce the energy in aeration tank, Low investment and Low area requirement • Disadvantage - Require a good operator quality for wastewater system 2.
